Michael
Kelly, Managing Director, Nova Capital
Michael
is a founder and managing director of Nova and has extensive experience
in the restructuring, turnaround and disposal of businesses. His earlier
background in advertising and general management at Heron International
plc was followed by thirteen years at Executive Interim Management (EIM),
where he was senior partner and built the firm to become the global leader.
Michael left EIM in 2001 and undertook the Interim Chief Executive role
at PGA European Tour Courses which resulted in the successful disposal
of the business to Murryhill. |

Garry
Adams, Regional President, Northern Europe, DBM
Garry
joined DBM in April 2007 as Region President, Northern Europe. Prior to
joining DBM, Garry had a distinguished career as a global leader and human
capital consultant. He worked with Mercer for more than eleven years,
most recently as a Worldwide Partner focusing on business development,
human capital management, and executive remuneration consulting for large
corporate clients in the Asia-Pacific region. He previously served as
European Region Business Leader, managing Mercer’s global information
services business for 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
His career includes works with Knight-Ridder Financial as Human Resources
Director for Asia and Global Compensation Director. Garry also worked
as a Human Resources Consultant for Cullen Egan Dell prior to its acquisition
by Mercer.
Garry earned both
his masters degree in Industrial Relations and his bachelor’s degree in
History from the University of Melbourne. He also holds a Graduate Diploma
of Management Development from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology
University (RMIT). Garry maintains professional memberships in WorldAtWork,
the Australian Human Resources Institute, and the Australian Institute
of Company Directors.

Bob
Mackenzie, CEO, Sea Containers
Bob Mackenzie joined Sea Containers
in January 2006 to reorganise the company's debts. He sold off the major
shipping assets and paid off over a billion pounds of debt. He surrendered
the East Coast Mainline Rail franchise to the government and was asked
to remain as executive chairman downsizing the workforce and overseeing
the orderly transfer to the new franchisee.
Bob was previously
an adviser to two private equity firms, Charterhouse and Texas Pacific.
He has been Chairman of PHS both under public ownership and led its successful
IPO. He has been CFO of two FTSE 100 companies and Chairman and CEO of
National Car Parks and its subsidiary Green Flag. His early career was
with BTR as an operational manager and Hanson where he was sent into acquired
companies to instigate radical change and profit improvement. He qualified
with KPMG as a Chartered Accountant.

Tanith
Dodge, HR Director, Marks & Spencer
Prior
to this appointment Tanith Dodge worked for WH Smith plc since November
2003 as Group Human Resources Director reporting to the CEO Kate Swann
and a member of the Group Management Team. This position was responsible
for Human Resource strategy and policy throughout the group. She also
had responsibility for Public Relations and Communications. In October
2006 the position of Director of Post Offices Operations was added to
her responsibilities.
Prior to this she
was Senior Vice President Human Resources for Europe, Middle East and
Africa (EMEA), employed by InterContinental Hotels Group since May 2000.
She was a key player in a major Global organisation transformation programme
in 2002/2003.
Prior to joining InterContinental
Hotels Group Tanith worked for Diageo plc where she held a number of HR
management positions including the post of Human Resources Director Pillsbury
Europe and Eurasia. In this role, she was responsible for leading major
change and growth programmes across Europe and Eurasia.
Prior to this, she
was International Human Resources Manager for Prudential Corporation plc
working in Australia, Asia and Europe.
Tanith has also held
managerial positions with Allied Domecq.
She has a BA (Hons)
in Business Studies, sponsored by British Aerospace plc, a Post Graduate
Diploma in Personnel Management and completed Stages 1 and 2 MA in Manpower
Studies in 1986. |

Sandham, Global Head of HR Operations, Thomson Reuters
"Mark
has over 20 years experience from across a number of business disciplines
as well as within the HR function itself. He joined Reuters in 2001, initially
as the UK HR Director and subsequently became HR Director for Europe,
Middle East and Africa. In his current role as Global Head of HR Operations
Mark has accountability for the delivery of HR support globally (over
16,000 staff, in 200 cities, in 99 countries) in 5 geographical regions
reporting into him. He has substantial experience in developing HR strategy
and execution thereof." |

Zillah
Bingley, Head of UK M&A, Mercer
Zillah is head of
Mercer’s UK M&A consulting business based in London. Since joining
Mercer in June 2007, Zillah has worked for a variety of clients doing
deals and in the preparation phase pre-deal as well as postmerger. Most
recently she has advised a large multi-national US headquartered IT company
on an acquisition and subsequent divestitures across Europe, the post
merger integration for a financial services group, the post signing integration
planning for an Anglo-American merger in the chemicals sector and has
run a series of M&A tailored workshops for clients, including the
development of an M&A playbook.
Prior to joining
Mercer Zillah, a UK qualified solicitor, was head of corporate business
development at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. In this role she was responsible
for the overall business development and marketing activities of the global
corporate practice group, the general industries sector group and key
account management of Merrill Lynch.
Before her business
development role, she practised as a corporate finance lawyer with substantial
M&A experience, particularly in a variety of large cross border and
domestic transactions. These included the IPOs and re-domiciles of Xstrata
and Vedanta, the IPO of Burberry Group, the merger of Heath Group with
Lambert Fenchurch plc and the aborted float of the merged entity, the
disposal by Bass plc of its brewing business to Interbrew, as well as
a variety of other acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and securities
transactions.
Zillah has a BSc
(Hons) in biology from the University of Southampton. She studied law
at the College of Law, Guildford, and was admitted as a solicitor of the
Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1995. |

Charles
Bellringer, Director, Alix Partners
Charles is well known in the
insurance sector as a Chief Financial Officer who creates significant
value developing and leading business focused finance decisions. He is
also adept at Stakeholder Management, having built good relationships
with the FSA and HM Treasury. Charles has considerable experience of changing
the culture in insurance companies by providing energetic leadership,
and coaching, and where necessary recruiting highly talented people.
His previous experience
includes the position of Chief Finance and Investment Officer for Equitable
Life. He managed a restructuring scheme and successfully reversed the
threat of insolvency. Previously he was also Chief Finance and Administration
Officer for an Apax Partners underperforming investment in IT recruitment.
He refinanced the group and recruited exceptionally high calibre finance
and IT teams, which transformed performance and resulted in the successful
sale of the company. Charles has also held the positions of Interim Chief
Executive of a financial services division of a professional services
firm, and Finance and IT Director of GE Capital Insurance. In this role
he recruited high calibre business analysts and a treasury team.

Karen
Parsons, Director, DBM Financial Services
Karen
is the Director of the DBM Financial Services Practice in the UK, working
closely with DBM's specialist Financial Services team in the global markets
of NY, Frankfurt, HK and Tokyo. Based in our London City office, she has
considerable experience in working with a range of financial services
organisations on a national and international basis, including Investment
Banking, Retail Banking, Insurance and einsurance. Her role includes working
in partnership with our customers to optimise business outcomes through
a strategic approach to talent management, incorporating interventions
such as redeployment, utplacement, change leadership and the retention
of key talent.
Her previous
experience includes working as a consultant, trainer and project manager
in a number of change initiatives, as well as generalist HR management
in a number of blue chip organisations, and the public sector.

Gary
Kildare, Vice President, Global HR Operations IBM Global Services, Europe,
Asia-Pacific and the Americas
Gary
Kildare was previously Vice President of HR Global Business Services for
IBM Europe across more than 50 countries. Gary has over 20 years of experience
in leading and managing people. He is particularly passionate about driving
improvements in organisational culture and employee commitment, major
international business transformation, acquisitions, talent and change
management and securing competitive business advantage through people.
Gary
was appointed to his first leadership role in 1989 as HR Leader for IBM’s
Software Research and Development Laboratory in Winchester. Since then
he has held senior management positions across multiple HR disciplines
including Talent management, Compensation, Acquisitions, Outsourcing and
HR Strategy.
Gary’s recent achievements have included responsibility for implementing
a new HR Model across Europe, transforming HR into a globally integrated
service function, and setting up a community of HR practitioners across
Europe. He is an internationalist having worked at country, geography
and global level as well as living in many countries across the globe.
He is a member of the Global IBM HR Strategy Board and a champion for
Diversity and Inclusion.

Kevin
Carlton, Senior Director, EIM
A senior
director in the London Office, Kevin joined EIM in 2000, bringing with
him a broad business background, including private equity investment and
portfolio management with Investcorp (the international alternative asset
manager), and senior financial and general management experience, mainly
in the financial and travel sectors with American Express.
He is a Chartered
Accountant, having started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co, and
has a MA Degree in Modern Languages from Cambridge University.
As well as his
London office role, Kevin leads the firm’s global private equity
practice.

Andy
Hill, Head of Talent Management, Vodafone
Andy graduated form the University of Hull in Geography in 1992 and has
worked in Human Resources, specialising in Resourcing since 1993.
He
has held a variety of positions since that time both within Consulting
and "in -house" specialising in Resourcing, Resource Management
and Organisation Change.
Andy has extensive International experience working throughout the USA
, Asia and mainland Europe whilst employed by Computer Horizons Corporation,
Satyam Computer services and Bookham Technology, where he was Director
of Resourcing.
In 2002 Andy joined the Caudwell Group and was a key player in the Integration
of Caudwell companies, Corporate 4U and Singlepoint into Vodafone UK in
2003/4. Since August 2004 he has been employed by Vodafone in his current
role.
